ABOUT ME

From an early age, I sensed that well-being is closely connected to a feeling of physical lightness. Only much later did I realize that this perception would shape my professional path.

Today, I help people reconnect with their bodies. Again and again, I see that the body is far more than a source of pain or symptoms. It is a source of presence, ease, and authentic self-expression.

Many people live with tension, pain, restless sleep, or a constant sense of inner unease. I don't see these experiences as signs of a body that is "not working," but as the expression of a system that has been under prolonged strain.

When the mind is constantly busy and the nervous system rarely has a chance to settle, physical and emotional challenges often reinforce one another. Well-being can begin to feel dependent on external circumstances - a better job, more free time, more money, a different environment, or a different appearance.

Yet many of these struggles begin to lose their intensity once the body is experienced as present and alive again. Not because life has suddenly changed, but because the connection with the body is restored - to its intelligence, its natural vitality, and the sense of ease that comes from feeling at home in yourself.

Supporting people in rebuilding this relationship with their bodies lies at the heart of my work.

Over the years, my path led me through many different fields - from communication and acting to dance, voice work, bodywork, yoga, and fascia-focused movement. Looking back, I see a common thread running through all these experiences: the search for authentic self-expression and a deep understanding of how the body, emotions, and the nervous system are connected.

I am a certified yoga teacher for adults, children, and teenagers. In 2016, I completed my yoga teacher training in Munich, accredited by the International Yoga Alliance.

My journey then led me through extensive postgraduate training in fascia-focused physiotherapy in Munich and Vienna, ultimately leading to the development of Fascia Flow® Yoga - a gentle, body-based practice that helps people release patterns of tension, regulate the nervous system, and rediscover the body as a source of presence, ease, and authentic self-expression.
