ABOUT ME

From an early age, I sensed that well-being is closely connected to a feeling of physical lightness. Only later did I realize how deeply this perception would shape my professional path.

Today, I help others rediscover this lightness.

Many experience tension, pain, sleep difficulties, or a persistent sense of inner restlessness. I don’t see these as signs of a body that is “not working,” but as the expression of a system that has been under constant strain.

When the mind is always active and the nervous system rarely has a chance to settle, physical and emotional stress begin to reinforce one another. Well-being can start to feel dependent on external circumstances — a better job, more time off, more money, a different environment, or an improved appearance.

And yet, many of these issues begin to lose their intensity once you can feel the body again as present and alive. Not because life has suddenly changed, but because your connection to the body becomes real again — to a sense of ease in movement, to the body’s intelligence, and to its natural vitality.

Supporting people in rebuilding this connection is at the heart of my work.

Driven by my wish to bring the benefits of yoga to a wider audience, I deepened my studies in physiotherapy with a focus on fascia, with training in Munich and Vienna, and developed a practice that gently eases tension and restores vitality, presence, and well-being.

I am a yoga teacher for adults, children, and teenagers. In 2016, I completed my yoga teacher training in Munich, certified by the International Yoga Alliance.
