Private Sessions, Group Classes & Courses

Other than a yoga mat, it’s helpful (though not essential) to have a bolster and two blocks for class. A rolled-up blanket or towel works well as a substitute for a bolster.

Group Classes

Join our online Fascia Flow® Yoga classes and step into a mindful, supportive space where you can move, breathe, and connect with your body. I guide each practice, helping you explore presence, ease, and well-being. Sessions are offered in German, English, and Spanish.

Fascia Flow® Yoga is suitable for all levels and ages — a gentle, effective way to keep your body healthy, strong, and supple well into later life.

Current Schedule:

  • Tuesdays, 10:15–11:30 (English–German)
  • Fridays, 11:15–12:30 (English–Spanish)

1:1 Private Sessions

In private Fascia Flow® Yoga sessions, you’ll receive guidance tailored to your own pace and needs. Each practice is designed to support your body, your nervous system, and your personal well-being.

Sessions can be held online or in the studio.

This format is especially suited to you if you have specific concerns or would like a practice that is fully personalized to your needs and goals.

On request, a session can also be shared with another person.

Courses & Intensives

Courses and intensives give you the chance to explore specific topics more deeply. They offer greater insight into the connection between body, movement, and emotions, and help you deepen your practice through awareness and understanding.

These sessions take place at irregular intervals and are announced via the newsletter, so you’ll always know when new dates are available.
