What is Fascia Flow^® Yoga?

Fascia points to the fascia as the key to the connection between body and mind. Meanwhile, research speaks of our fascia network as a sensory organ that is responsible for our physical sensation. And in recent years, we have gathered revolutionary insights into how we can train this sensory organ to say goodbye to pain in a lasting way and feel comfortable in our skin.

Flow stands for two things. On the one hand for the gliding function of healthy fascia and on the other hand for the state of mind known as "flow", which helps us to bring about changes and which we can easily reach in Fascia Flow^® Yoga.

Yoga implies that body and mind are being united and reconciled. The exercises are taken from Yoga, and have been simplified in their form and combined with a special technique that helps the body get the most out of them.

The Fascia Flow® Yoga Daily Program does not require any prior knowledge.

at Benalmarina Sea View Apartments! Your apartment is located in a quiet area next to the center of Benalmadena Pueblo, the most charming part of Benalmadena. In addition to your exclusive Fascia Flow^® Yoga program, there is much to discover and enjoy. Small alleys invite you for walks through this typical Andalusian, white treasure; Cafes, restaurants and viewpoints are within walking distance. Popular sights in the neighborhood are the Buddhist Temple (Stupa), the Butterfly House and Castillo Colomares. Fruit and vegetable shops as well as supermarkets are easy to find. The apartment is 850 meters from the Fascia Flow^® Yoga Studio. Depending on the route, you can easily get there in 15 to 25 minutes walking. There are also charming places outside Benalmadena that are easily accessible by car or bus (next stop: 150m). The Fascia Flow^® Yoga Program can be booked for your entire stay or by days. To guarantee the availability of your appointments, we recommend that you book your classes before your journey.

My Yoga weekend couldn't have been more perfect. There was a balanced mix of yoga, meditation and leisure in a lovely, peaceful atmosphere. From everywhere you could see the sea! The apartment is very clean and friendly, with plenty of space. And Benalmadena-Pueblo is THE place if you need to relax and recharge your batteries. Mine are fully charged now, and my pains are gone, too. Thank you so much!
