(1) All services within the scope of our offer are based on these "General Terms and Conditions", hereinafter referred to as GTC. They shall regulate the contractual relationship between The Fascia Flow^® Yoga Studio (represented by Maria Kafritsas, subsequently provider) and you (hereinafter the customer), in their version valid at the time of conclusion of the contract.

(2) Any other terms and conditions of the customer are rejected or require the written consent of the provider.

(1)Fascia Flow^® Yoga is a gentle exercise practice based on the principles of a millennia-old yoga tradition and modern fascia research. The programme is easy to learn regardless of age and does not require any special prior knowledge or education. With regular practice, it can be used to promote health, physical fitness and mental harmonisation.

(2) The offer of Fascia Flow® Yoga Studios comprises the following services: individual lessons in Fascia Flow® Yoga (at the studio or via Zoom), individual and private group classes of Yoga On the Job (via Zoom), group classes of Fascia Flow^® Yoga (via Zoom) and the subscription of exercise videos.

(3) All offers are available in the languages German, English, Spanish and Greek and can be selected by the customer at the time of booking. The times and dates of classes in a specific language are set by the provider.

(4) Appointment bookings: You can register for an appointment orally, by telephone, in writing, by e-mail or via the booking module of our homepage https://fasciaflow.yoga. The duration of a single or group appointment is 50 minutes.

(5) Video Subscription: The customer may register for a video subscription orally, by telephone, in writing, by e-mail or via the booking module of the homepage https://fasciaflow.yoga. Different subscription periods are available (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months). For the duration of the subscription, the customer will have automated access to the respective video offer in the language chosen by the customer. After the subscription period expires, the subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled no later than one day before the end of the subscription period.

(6) Inscription: With the inscription, a contract is concluded with recognition of the GTC and thus a binding payment obligation. The customer immediately receives a confirmation of registration (orally, by telephone, by e-mail or automatically via our booking module).

(1) Spanish law applies to all contracts concluded with regard to the offer of the provider.

(2) The customer must have reached the age of 18.

(3) Contracts are concluded either through the booking options of the portal https://fasciaflow.yoga or via the explicit request of the customer (oral, telephonic, e-mail, in writing or WhatsApp message). The use of the offers of Fascia Flow^® Yoga Studios requires registration in the portal.

(4) With the order of a paid service, the registered customer enters into a contractual relationship with the provider. The customer will be informed about the respective paid service and the payment terms before concluding this contractual relationship. The contractual relationship arises by the customer confirming the order and payment obligation by clicking on the Order-Button.

(5) The customer agrees to receive invoices electronically. These are made available by e-mail or in the customer account of the website.

(1) In the context of order processing (appointment bookings or video subscription), customer data are stored electronically for internal purposes. By registering, the customer shall give his/her express consent to the storage, processing and transfer of this data insofar as the order processing by the Fascia Flow^® Yoga Studio requires. This also includes inclusion in the newsletter distribution list. However, it is possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. The provider assures that customer data will never be passed on, neither for commercial nor private reasons. For more information on our privacy policy, please read here.

(2) The customer is obliged to provide his/her data truthfully.

(1) of an agreed individual appointment (Studio / Online): If the customer is unable to keep an agreed appointment for any reason, please contact the provider for timely notification. The cancellation period is: Up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment. In the event of a timely cancellation, amounts already paid will be automatically credited, or refunded upon express request. In the event of cancellations made later than 24 hours before the agreed appointment, the provider shall not grant a credit or refund. If for any reason the payment was not made at the time of the cancellation, the customer is nevertheless obliged to pay the amount in the event of a cancellation that is beyond the cancellation period or in the case of a no show. For holders of multipacks (5 or 10 Classes Cards) the following applies:

1. Timely cancellation = section is not booked
2. Cancellation beyond cancellation period = section is booked

(2) of a booked group class (online):

If the customer is unable to participate in a booked group class for any reason, the provider asks for timely notification. The cancellation period is: 24 hours before the booked class. In the event of a timely cancellation, amounts already paid will be automatically credited, or refunded upon express request. In the event of cancellations made later than 24 hours before the booked class, the provider shall not grant a credit or refund. If for any reason the payment was not made at the time of the cancellation, the customer is nevertheless obliged to pay the amount in the event of a cancellation beyond the cancellation period or in the case of a no show. For holders of multipacks (5 or 10 Classes Cards) the following applies:

1. Timely cancellation = section is not booked
2. Cancellation beyond cancellation period = section is booked

(3) of a purchased video subscription

After a video subscription has been purchased, free cancellation within 14 days is only possible if the video offer has not been used. In this case, the provider refunds any amounts paid if the customer sends his revocation in writing (letter or email) to the Fascia Flow^® Yoga Studio within the period. (4) Upgrade the video subscription (e.B. by switching from 1 month subscription to a 3 month subscription)

Upgrades of the video subscription can be made at any time during an existing subscription. The upgrade starts automatically after the previous subscription has ended.

(1) of a completed video subscription: Since a completed video subscription will automatically renew after the end of the term, the customer has the option of cancelling up to one day before the end of the term. Cancellation can be made orally, by telephone, by email, letter, SMS, or WhatsApp.

(2) through the Provider: The Fascia Flow^® Yoga Studio reserves the right to terminate a contract (appointment or video subscription) at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without prior notice and without giving any reason. Amounts already paid will be refunded either in full or proportionally (e.g. in case of early termination of a video subscription by the provider).

(3) Furthermore, the provider reserves the right to remove profiles or content posted on the website by the user. There is no obligation for the provider to inform the customer about the reason for terminating the contract or removing the profile or content.

(1) All payments for individual and group classes must be made in advance. Credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer or cash payment (in case of a studio appointment) are currently available as payment options. In the event of bank transfers, the customers commit themselves to send the payment confirmation immediately by e-mail to office@fasciaflow.yoga.

(1) The customer is aware that the offered program is neither a medical nor therapeutic procedure. The provider makes no diagnoses nor promises of healing. The exercises offered by Fascia Flow® Yoga do not replace medical treatment or therapy.

(2) The customer declares that he is physically able and fit to practice the exercises offered by Fascia Flow® Yoga. He/She takes full responsibility for his/her physical and mental health. In case of health impairment (past or present) the customer is obliged to clarify any existing risks with his/her doctor or therapist in advance, that may arise in the context of practicing Fascia Flow^® Yoga.

(3) In the event of deviations from the state of health indicated at the beginning, the customer is obliged to inform the provider of the change.

(4) Self-responsibility in practice: The provider expressly points out that all exercises provided by Fascia Flow® Yoga are practiced on the customer’s own responsibility. This includes sessions at the studio, online, exercises from the video subscriptions as well as all exercises provided free of charge on the website https://fasciaflow.yoga. The Fascia Flow^® Yoga Studio rejects all liability claims that may arise from the practice.

(1) The customer is responsible for damage to property, accident or personal injury that occurs on the way to the studio, at the studio or away from the studio. The same applies to online lessons, the video offer and all videos made available through the homepage.

The provider reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. The customer will be informed of upcoming price changes 14 days in advance. In the case of existing video subscriptions, the customer has the right to terminate the contract at the expiration date of the current subscription by observing the period of notice (1 day before the expiry). Otherwise, the new prices apply for automatic renewal.

Spanish law applies to the contractual relationship. The parties agree as the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationships Torremolinos.

Should individual provisions of this contract be ineffective or unenforceable or become ineffective or unenforceable after conclusion of the contract, the validity of the remaining contract shall remain unaffected.
